Ingredients:
- 70 g mayonnaise,
- 2 tablespoons ketchup,
- 2 tablespoons sour cream,
- sugar and pepper (to taste).
Preparation:
- Stir well mayonnaise, ketchup, sour cream and season with sugar and pepper to taste.
- Add a little cognac before serving.
Notes:
It is usually served with fried meat and the mashed potatoes, though not necessarily with that.
