Cold Tomato Sauce Posted on December 7, 2011 by chef | 1 Comment Cold tomato sauce Ingredients: 70 g mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 2 tablespoons sour cream, sugar and pepper (to taste). Preparation: Stir well mayonnaise, ketchup, sour cream and season with sugar and pepper to taste. Add a little cognac before serving. Notes: It is usually served with fried meat and the mashed potatoes, though not necessarily with that.
