Baker’s Potato Posted on November 12, 2011 by chef | 0 Comments Pekarski krompir (Baker's potato) Ingredients: 2 kg of potatoes, 300 g of dried bacon, 1.5 dl oil, 1 dl water, salt and pepper to taste. Preparation: Peel and cut potatoes into slices. Stir it with salt. Pour potato slices into baking pan, sprinkle oil, be sprinkle with black pepper and lay a bacon slices over the top. Pour water. Bake it in the oven for 1 hour at 200 °C. Serve warm.
