Ingredients:
- 2 kg of potatoes,
- 300 g of dried bacon,
- 1.5 dl oil,
- 1 dl water,
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- Peel and cut potatoes into slices. Stir it with salt. Pour potato slices into baking pan, sprinkle oil, be sprinkle with black pepper and lay a bacon slices over the top. Pour water.
- Bake it in the oven for 1 hour at 200 °C.
- Serve warm.
