Ingredients:
- 4 chicken fillets (2 pairs of chicken breasts without bones),
- cup chopped mushrooms,
- 1 onion,
- 1 cup frozen peas,
- 2 cups rice,
- spices (salt, pepper, saffron if desired),
- chicken broth into cubes.
Preparation:
- Fry chicken fillets.
- In pan pour mushrooms, peas and rice.
- Pour hot pre-cooked chicken soup.
- Add spices and cover with chicken fillet.
- Cook over low heat until the rice is done.
