    1. Dear Andi,

sweet ground biscuits for cakes can be any sweet dry cookies in your markets and you can grind it by your self, but try to find some already prepared for this purpose (ground biscuits for cake fill).
We mostly use our famous “Plazma” or “Petit Beurre”. It is important for biscuits to be sweet (NOT salt crackers!) and dry (without any fill or special taste)…something like milk cookies for tea time, that can be great for this. So you can grind it in any blender.

We hope you will enjoy in our recipes.

      Best regards!

  2. I am excited to make this recipe! Question, though: If I only have packages of whole Plazma cookies at home, do you know how many it will take to make 1kg ground biscuits? Thanks!

    1. Dear Lisa,
if I understand the question well, you asked how many pieces of Plazma will be required for 1kg ground biscuits. Well, I don’t know exactly how many, but you can measured 1kg of Plazma and then grind biscuits. In markets there is a packages of ground biscuits Plazma, in various weight, specially prepared for purpose like this.

      Best regards!

  3. The narrator is the cooks astassint and the cameraman oh and taster. Is this a school project? Oh use 1 babyspoon of baking soda . Thise machines also called mixers could be found for a36.99(a cheap one) in the shop. Banana colouring isn’t necessary, use vanilla extract. That kitchen looks like a students’ dig. Anyway, good and simplified but you could have cut the cake for us to see how it turned out inside. I guess the narrator couldnt wait to go demolish the cake.
