Crust ingredients:
- 7 egg whites,
- 200g sugar,
- 100g ground hazelnuts,
- 1 tablespoon flour.
Fill ingredients:
- 1l milk,
- 3 vanilla pudding,
- 6 tablespoons flour,
- 100g sugar,
- 21 yolk,
- 250g margarine,
- 2 cream,
- 300g chocolate “Milka”,
- 300g chocolate “Milka” white.
Preparation of crust:
- Beat 7 egg whites, 200g sugar, 100g before-cooked ground hazelnuts and 1 tablespoon flour.
- Bake 15 min. at 170°C in the heated oven.
- Thus, a total of 3 bark.
Preparation of fill:
- Cook in 1 l milk 3 vanilla pudding, 6 tablespoons of flour, 100g of sugar and 21 egg yolk.
- When cool add 250g of butter and 2 cream.
- Fill divided into two parts. In one part of diluted put 300g chocolate “Milka” with hazelnuts, and the second part 300g white “Milka” chocolate.
